We offer $8 SGD flat rate shipping worldwide.


Delivery Times

Please note that all orders are made on-demand. We invite you to read more about why and our sustainability model here.

 It typically takes 5-7 business days to create the products that you’ve ordered, and 5-20 business days depending on destination. Some deliveries will fall outside this window on either end.

 All orders are shipped directly from our suppliers to you, using third party carriers so delivery times are dependent on the carrier, destination, and customs processing.



Transfer of Ownership

Once full payment has been received, the purchaser is considered the owner of the items purchased. The utmost care is taken to ensure your order reaches you in good order. In the unlikely event that a package is delayed, lost or damaged in the postal system, we will always do our best to help our customers by seeking and providing information and attempt to reach a good outcome. However, we will not be held liable for delayed, lost or damaged packages, and replacement of items will be at our discretion.


Taxes & Charges

Please note that your local import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay such charges.


Shipping Limitations

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or postal lockers. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the shipping address is valid and correct.



If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. To return an item, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and our return postal address. Clearly mark your parcel with the RAN and address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee receipt of returned items, “I am Will James” is not responsible for items lost by third party carriers.

For our own quality control purposes and to improve our products/services, we will also ask you why you wish to return the item, and request that all items be returned in “as new” condition with original packaging for quality inspection.



Due to the nature of our product (on-demand product) and to ensure competitive pricing and shipping for our customers, we do not offer exchanges; we only offer refunds. However, we invite you to place a new order in place of exchanges.



Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment (no exceptions) as soon as possible.


End of Life Return Option

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we want to take responsibility for the products we produce and extend their use for as long as possible. If you are not able to hand them on, repair or repurpose our products, we give you the option of “end of life” returns and we’ll do it! Depending on the condition of your return, we will either resell it as pre-loved clothing, or repurpose them into new products such as cushions or totes for example. Scraps may be repurposed into coasters, or mending patches for those who love their I am Will James garments and are keen to add character to their existing garments. For your trouble, you will receive a code for 15% off your following order with us via email (so please include sender details with your return!).
